2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kako P.S. Case No.83 of 2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 353, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the FIR has been lodged against 14 named accused persons including the petitioners against whom it has been alleged that the petitioners along with other co-accused persons took law and order in their hands and deterred public servants in discharging their official duties.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioners are not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. He submits that there are no specific overt act against the petitioners. He further submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes prayer for bail and submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and this aspect may be taken into consideration.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that there is no specific overt act against the petitioners, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 83 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Prakashmani/- U T
