After some arguments, Mr. Ashok Kumar, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to challenge the order of cancellation of his P.D.S. licence on all facts raised here in this petition before the Appellate Authority. Should such an appeal be filed by the petitioner within a period of 30 days, the same shall be taken up by the Appellate Authority and after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner to present his cause, the
