2. The license of the petitioner has been cancelled on various charges for which the petitioner had given reasonable explanation. However, such

3. Be that as it may, since the petitioner has not exhausted the remedy of appeal, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter and direct that in case the petitioner so desires, he may prefer an appeal against the cancellation order before the concerned Collector of the district within a period of 30 days, who then, after hearing the petitioner, shall pass a final order within a further period of 60 days thereafter, giving reasons in support of the decision so taken by him.

5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
