JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities to make payment of annual increments to the petitioner w.e.f. 21.10.2010 till date.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/ order/ direction for commanding and directing the respondent authorities to provide the benefit of A.C.P. to petitioner as he has completed 30 years of his service on regular post from 06.01.1982."

Patna High Court CWJC No.23246 of 2013(2) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that during the interregnum period, the petitioner has stood dismissed from service, hence, he has challenged the dismissal order by filing a writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. no. 3878 of 2016, thus, the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his aforesaid grievances, subject to the final outcome of the said writ petition. Liberty so sought, is granted. The writ petition stands disposed off.
