The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Bihar P.S. Case No.87 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per First Information Report allegation has been made that a minor girl has been kidnapped for the purposes of marriage and in the statement made under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure victim has stated that she was kidnapped by the present petitioner, kept confined in a room for two days and when she found that no one was there she escaped and reached to the women police station. Women police station informed the family members who came there.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37001 of 2018 (2) dt.03-07-2018 2 /2 In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
