Petitioner is in custody connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 218 of 2018 for the offence under sections 323, 341, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 37(b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is in custody since 29.4.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he used to take liquor and created nuisance.

Considering nature of allegation and the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for nearly two months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36407 of 2018(2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 218 of 2018 on the condition that bailors should be family members of the petitioner.
