JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 179 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 41 (i) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2018 in connection with seizure of 9 litres of foreign liquor. He submits that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than two months. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than two months and the fact that the name of the petitioner has been surfaced on the disclosure made by the coaccused apprehended by the police at the spot, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36320 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 179 of 2018.
