1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, the present writ application is being filed for issuance of a writ commanding and directing the respondents concerned to make payment of salary to the petitioners from the period from the date of their appointment to the date of joining as after appointment of the petitioners as Class III employee on the basis of Ex-non Formal Supervisor in the light of order of this Hon'ble

Patna High Court CWJC No.4748 of 2022(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 Court and in view of the policy decision of the respondent State, their joining was not accepted till a long period from the date of their appointment without any fault on the part of the petitioners."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
