Patna High Court LPA No.1103 of 2014 dt.10-04-2017 2/2 Law is well settled by Full Bench in the case of Kalpana Rani v. State of Bihar & others, reported in 2014 (2) PLJR 665. The question of any appointment on the post of Panchayat Shiksha Mitra whatever be the submission or the factual aspect cannot be gone into or relief can be granted in favour of any person on a non-existent post. The learned Single Judge to that extent has not committed any error of law.

Appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
