The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 07 of 2023 registered under Section 30 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that the petitioner is an employee of the Indian Railway. He has no concern with the block of railway colony because the same has not been allotted to him. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17266 of 2023(2) dt.05-05-2023 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Excise Judge-I, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 07 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
