Mr. Sri Harendra Prasad ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Shyampur Bhatha P.S.Case No. 81 of 2016 registered under Section 395 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that dacoity was committed in the house of the informant and jewelry and cash were looted. Submission is that FIR is against unknown and petitioner was implicated in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of one of the co-accused, who is cousin of the petitioner, with whom petitioner has property dispute and no T.I.P. was held, moreover he has no criminal antecedent and has been in custody since 28.03.2018.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Kamod Sahni, is directed to be released on bail, subject to verification of his criminal antecedent, upon
