JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-10-2022 The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Circle Officer, Chand, Kaimur at Bhabua, i.e. respondent no. 6 to dispose off the pending Encroachment Case No. 14 of 2017-18.

The learned counsel for the respondent State has submitted that in case the aforesaid encroachment case is still pending, the same shall be disposed off, expeditiously. Having regard to the facts and circumstance of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 6 to dispose off the aforesaid Encroachment Case No. 14 of 2017-18, if not already disposed
