1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Sessions Judge, Saran at Chhapra vide order dated 10.02.2023 passed in A.B.P. No.188 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.483 of 2021.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
