The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nawada Town (Bundelkhand) P.S. Case No. 66 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Viscera report which was called for earlier, has been received and has been opened in my presence. The result of examination is that ENDOSULFAN was detected in the contents of glass jar "A" and "B" as described and sent for examination. Endosulfan is an organo-Chloro pesticide which commercially used in agriculture for killing pest and is poisonous.

Considering the aforementioned report, the prayer for anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner is rejected. The Viscera report be sent down to the court below. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
