The petitioner seeks to renew his prayer for anticipatory bail in view of the fact that there is a change in circumstances inasmuch as the victim girl has appeared and given her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C.. She has now submitted that she is a major and stayed with her husband Laxman Sah. In her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., she has also stated that no one had kidnapped her and she had on her own sweet-will left her home and got married to the petitioner.
Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40258 of 2017 (2) dt.23-08-2017 2/2 order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned I/C Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S.
