2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners along with other co-accused persons are said to have committed murder of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. The petitioners are quite innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. He submits that the petitioner no.1 is mother-in-law and petitioner no.2 is brother-

He further submits that the husband of the petitioner is already in judicial custody since 22.01.2025. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and have been languishing in custody since 04.09.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the bail petition.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No.314 of 2024, subject to the further condition that petitioners shall cooperate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and shall remain physically present as directed by the Court and on their absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his bail bond shall be cancelled by the learned Trial Court.
