JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-09-2016 A detail supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the District Programme Officer, Patna wherein it has been stated that all difference of gratuity, payment of G.P.F. and arrears of pension have been duly sanctioned totaling to about Rs.3,95,919/- and sent to the Treasury Officer for being credited to petitioner's account. This was sent vide Annexure-J to the supplementary counter affidavit on or about 23.09.2016. In view of the aforesaid, noting remains to be done in this writ petition. It is for the petitioner to verify the aforesaid. In case, the amount is not yet credited to petitioner's account, the
