The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kursela P.S. Case no. 182 of 2015 under sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 333, 353, 337 and 435 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the nature of allegation as also the fact that co-accused Shobha Sah and others against whom there is identical allegation to that of the petitioner have been refused the privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 19.02.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 5699 of 2016, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
