After arguing the case at some length, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be given liberty to file a
Patna High Court L.P.A No.193 of 2020(2) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 fresh representation before the Vice Chancellor, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya as certain aspects have been overlooked which needs to be considered.
Learned counsel for the University has no objection to this.
Under the circumstances, we permit the appellant to file a representation. In case he does so within three weeks from today, the Vice Chancellor may pass a speaking order thereon within four weeks thereafter.
The appeal stands disposed off.
