Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 483/2019, registered for the offences under Sections 37(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and allegation levelled against the petitioner is false and fabricated. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court

No.16136 of 2022(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of special Judge, Excise Gaya, in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 483/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
