The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 153 of 2013 registered under Sections302, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner happens to be a lady and she is not named in the first information report but it appears that her name surfaced in this case on the basis of supervision note of Dy. S.P. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
