Petitioner seeks regular bail in Bhargama P.S. Case No.26 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 337, 338, 307, 436, 379, 504 506, of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the family of the informant and setting his dwelling house on fire. There is also allegation of stealing some of the articles which was kept in the house. There is serious land dispute between the parties which led to the present occurrence. There is case and counter case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner , above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49186 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Araria, in Bhargama P.S.Case No.26 of 2017.
