2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No. 191/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/504/506/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Subsequently, Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

3. The petitioner is the stepbrother of the deceased. In the F.I.R., it has come that some unknown persons came and shot at the deceased and killed him. The petitioner was suspected to be involved in the crime. The petitioner is in jail since 17.08.2023.

Mr. Pushpendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for informant has submitted that the petitioner has been seen running away from the place of occurrence and his presence at the place of occurrence has been found in the scientific investigation as his tower location has been found on the place of occurrence at the time of occurrence.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the involvement of the petitioner in the crime, this Court is not inclined to grant him bail. It is accordingly dismissed.
