2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bargaon P.S. Case No. 16 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A), 506 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and one Monu Jha are said to have kidnapped the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From the statement of the victim girl it appears that she had eloped with the accused persons on her own.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Biroul, Darbhanga/concerned Court below in connection with Bargaon P.S. Case No. 16 of 2024.
