20-05-2016 Heard Sri Dilip Kumar Tondon, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Gulnar Begum, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is Panchayat Secretary apprehending his arrest in Darpa P.S. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated. He submits that petitioner has already submitted folder, as indicated in the F.I.R., but same has been submitted after lodging of the F.I.R.

After going through the material on record, I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
