Petitioners are in custody in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No. 52 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Leaned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing was seized from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioner no.1 is a senior citizen.
Learned counsel submits that liquor was seized from the Khalihan a common place and not from the possession or premises of the petitioners.
Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 23.5.2018, let the
