2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 308(5), 308(4), 132, 121(1)(2), 317(2),3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. Prosecution case in brief is that while informant Hanuman Singh, A.S.I. of Barh Police Station, was on patrolling duty at village Pura, he saw many people are shouting. On query, he came to know that one Vikash Yadav & others are going to Bangal Khatal after purchasing five cows from Bakhtiyarpur Mela and near village Pura, eight persons riding on four motorcycles blocked their way and started assaulting & demanding rangdari on the point of arms. It is further alleged that accused persons snatched Rs. 15,000/- from them. They also tried to snatch arms of police personnel. However, police caught three persons, namely, Dhananjay Kumar, Amarjit Kumar & Niraj Kumar, who disclosed names of their associates who escaped from the spot as Rudal, Kanhaiya, Golu & Vishwajeet Kumar (this petitioner). Some cash was recovered

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner's name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Barh, Patna in Barh Police Station Case No. 982 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
