The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities concerned to allow the petitioner for screening test as well as physical test in which she has appeared as per the Advertisement No.01 of 2014 for her selection as constable under the category of Schedule Caste.

ii). For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus for

Patna High Court CWJC No.10791 of 2015(2) dt.18-08-2023 2/3 commanding and directing the respondent authorities concerned to allow the petitioner to participate in selection process as she has made her application for selection on the post of constable as per the Advertisement No.01 of 2014 and she is fulfilling all the criteria but she has not been allowed in screening test on 13.4.2015 at Kankarbagh Sports Complex, Patna merely on the basis of so-called allegation that her signature is not tallying to the application form.

iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities concerned to re-conduct the screening test of the petitioner and other required test which is necessary for her selection as constable under Advertisement No.01 of 2014."

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that probably with the efflux of time, the present writ petition has been rendered

Patna High Court CWJC No.10791 of 2015(2) dt.18-08-2023 3/3 infructuous, hence the same be disposed off.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
