The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Town P.S. (East Champaran) No. 33 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 380, 511 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he was caught red-handed inside the room by the informant in order to commit theft.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.01.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the

No.45084 of 2017 (2) dt.21-09-2017 case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Session Judge-IV, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Town P.S.
