Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Lalganj PS Case No.125 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 448, 341, 323, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of assaulting the informant's mother, who died as a result of assault, is only against Manoj Ram and not against the petitioner and similarly situated other co-accused Lakhindra Ram, Anjay Ram @ Ranjay Ram and Sunil Ram have been admitted to bail by this Court as well as by another Bench of this Court vide orders dated 07.12.2017 and 12.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos.50902 of 2017 and 21323 of 2018; whereas

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33612 of 2018(2) dt.18-06-2018 2/2 Vijay Ram and Lakhindra Ram @ Gajji Ram @ Gajju Ram have been admitted to anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.12.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No.58768 of 2017.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Sanjay Ram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj PS Case No.125 of 2017.
