The petitioner seeks bail in Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 214 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, when this petitioner objected to play gambling near his house to the accused persons including petitioners, then this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Harsh Raj (nephew of informant) by butt of pistol. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Injury has been found to be simple in nature by the doctor. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 25.01.2022. Investigation is complete.

Case No. 214 of 2020.
