2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Cheria Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 204 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 308(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Act and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the allegation, the petitioner and other coaccused person pointed pistol and threatened to kill the informant. On raising alarm, both the accused person and the petitioner tried to escape by a vehicle but they were apprehended and upon search, one pistol and mobile phone were also recovered from the vehicle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated due to previous rivalry. He has also submitted that the alleged

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the fact that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 204 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

7. The learned court below shall verify his criminal antecedent and if it is found that he is involved in any other case except the present one, his bail bond shall be cancelled. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Neha/- U T
