2. The present writ petition is preferred for the following relief:
"That this is an application for issuance of writ or writs in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the Official Respondents to paid compensation (Award Money) as market value of the land and other amounts permissible under section 23(1-A) and 28 of Land Acquisition Act."

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he was granted compensation amount, it was paid belatedly for which he will be exploring alternative remedy.
4. Learned State counsel submits that as per the petition itself the entire compensation amount has been paid to the petitioner.
5. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner.
