The petitioner seeks bail in Nokha P.S. Case No. 165 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 307, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 05.8.2021. Petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that during pendency, case has been compromised between the parties. Petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2020 having no criminal antecedent.

Counsel for State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that offence is non-compoundable.

Considering the fact that no fresh ground has been assigned by the petitioner for reconsideration of his prayer for bail, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16561 of 2022(2) dt.06-04-2022 2/2 bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
