2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner weeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to sue this matter before the Deputy Collector Land Reforms Officer under Section 15 of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (Bihar Act 4, 2010).
