The petitioner seeks bail in Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 214 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have fired upon the informant, but the same got misfired. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. None has sustained firearm injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 25.01.2022.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
