Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation which according to him, so far as the petitioner is concerned, is covered by order dated 20.07.2023 passed in CWJC No. 3594 of 2023. It is submitted that the representation of the petitioner is required to be disposed of in light of the order dated 20.07.2023 passed in CWJC No. 3594 of 2023.

3. Considering the submission made on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4829 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks and ensure that all the legal dues for which the petitioner is entitled must be paid within the aforesaid period along with the statutory interest on different heads till the date of payment in accordance with law.
