The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Though allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault with Khanti causing injury at the head of Santosh Kumar. However, the doctor has found only pain and swelling in the left shoulder of Santosh Kumar, simple in nature. Considering the fact that injury report does not support the prosecution allegation and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on
