JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-03-2020 On an erroneous statement having been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, C.W.J.C. No. 23286 of 2019 was dismissed as withdrawn. Perhaps there was some mistake because two writ petitions were filed; one against the order of suspension of license and the other against the cancellation of license. C.W.J.C. No. 23286 of 2019 which stood dismissed as withdrawn was actually filed challenging the order of cancellation of license.

This Court, under the aforesaid circumstances,

Patna High Court MJC No.790 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 grants liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of cancellation afresh.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
