ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners, being the father, mother and younger brother of the main accused, are in custody since 12.05.2018 in connection with Buxar (Mah.) P.S. Case No.36 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 366A, 376, 313, 420, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case and also the statement of the victim girl under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, let all the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing
