Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20/22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

250 gram of ganja was allegedly recovered from possession of two persons including the petitioner. Submission is that neither the seizure list nor any statement is specific as to from possession of which of the two person recovery is there. Petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of investigation of the case on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36457 of 2018 (2) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Tr. No. 15 of 2018 arising out of Thawe Police Station Case No. 68 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
