JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-08-2019 Counsel for the respondent State submits that on account of death of petitioner's husband, petitioner had earlier approached this Court in the proceedings arising out of CWJC No. 5354 of 2003 claiming family pension. The claim had been rejected under order dated 3.9.2003 which stands affirmed by the Division Bench in the proceedings arising out of LPA No. 1003 of 2003. The petitioner has again approached this Court for relief on account of death of her husband working as a Tractor Driver. He submits that in view of the claims having been rejected earlier instant proceeding would not be maintainable.

Since none appears for the petitioner, without going into merit of the submissions, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
