The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Fatehpur P. S. Case No. 280 of 2018 dated 14.09.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 504, 308 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that one Md. Firoz assaulted the informant by means of an iron rod and khanti, leading to injury on her person. So far as petitioners are concerned,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15550 of 2019(2) dt.14-03-2019 2/2 they are also said to have indulged in the said occurrence but the allegation against them is general and omnibus. There is a land dispute between the parties and counter version of the occurrence has been filed by petitioner no. 1. Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation / accusation against the petitioners as also taking into account their clean antecedents, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - X, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P. S. Case No. 280 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
