2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 425 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, three unknown criminals shot at the deceased and snatched his motorcycle.

4. One Vikash Kumar Singh was arrested has given his self inculpatory statement and has named the accused as one of the criminals who participated in the loot and murder of the victim. The petitioner is in jail since 21.09.2023. Other materials have also come to connect the petitioner with the crime. The petitioner has similar criminal antecedent also.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
