Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 112 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. His name was surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Monnu Kumar Giri. Petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial
