JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-06-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 12.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.25760 of 2017 with an observation to conclude the trial within a period of nine months.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no substantive progress in trial and there was recovery of 2.6 kg. of ganja which is less than commercial quantity and petitioner is in custody since 21.1.2017.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

No.36708 of 2018 (2) dt.27-06-2018 2/2 satisfaction of 1st Additional District Judge, Sitamarhi, in connection with Trial No. 15 of 2017, arising out of Bela P.S.Case No. 24 of 2017, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and petitioner has to cooperate in disposal of trial and appear before the trial court as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
