The petitioner has been in custody since 09.02.2018 in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 13 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/ 324/307/504 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 and 27of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire case is false and fabricated and the injuries purported to have been inflicted on Md. Rahmat Alam and Md. Shamshad are simple injuries and there is case and counter case between the parties.

Case No. 13 of 2018.
