2. In view of the stand taken in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of L.N. Mithila University, it appears that the admissible retiral dues of the petitioner have been paid. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.

3. However, if the petitioner feels that any dues remain unpaid, he shall be at liberty to file a detailed
