The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 290/2010, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Bipin Kumar Singh, the brother of deceased made allegation that his sister was killed due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It is submitted that on the basis of the complaint petition the present FIR was lodged and police after investigation submitted final form finding the case false. Learned court below took cognizance on 13.11.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the

No.27125 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 police after investigation found the case false but the cognizance was taken differing with the finding of the Investigating Officer, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 290/2010, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
