The petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2018 in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016 for the offence registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire case is based on conjectures and surmises and the allegation that the petitioner had threatened the deceased earlier is also farfetched and has no leg to stand. It is further submitted that only on suspicion, the present petitioner has been roped in connection with the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36926 of 2018 (2) dt.13-07-2018 the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016.
